Am I required to buy shipping insurance?
No, it is not REQUIRED, but it is STRONGLY advised. especially for overly-fragile items such as touch-screen phones and dvd players. We will make every effort to ensure the security of your purchase, but insuring it is the customers responsibility. We cannot gie refunds for uninsured and damaged items.
Can I return an item for a refund?
Yes, any item can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. As long as the item is undamaged, and the customer is responsible for all S&H fees.
What if I change my mind after I make a purchase?
All purchases are handled very quickly after the orders are recieved. It is ery difficult for us to chance and order or to even cancel it. We ask that any cancellations or changes be communicated to us as fast as possible. Most items ship-out within 2-3 days.
